Welcome To The Rye City Democratic Committee!
For decades, the Rye City Democratic Committee has looked for community-minded leaders to contribute and impact positively our life here in Rye. We welcome volunteers who wish to participate in local government and help increase voter turn out for Democratic candidates.

Our Leadership
The City of Rye is comprised of 14 separate Districts, each of which has one or two District Leaders. These District Leaders (“DLs”) are the key contacts to your Democratic Party.
DLs vote on matters that come before the committee, and either in person or by proxy at the Westchester County Democratic Conventions. They are each responsible for a specific number of votes representing weighted totals for their particular district.
Our Members
Any registered Democrat from the City of Rye can become a member and get more involved.
Our goal is to continue to build a thriving Democratic committee with members that share our values, as we work together to engage and educate our community on the issues of the day. We will continue to support our local candidates, work to build stronger coalitions around Westchester County and get out the vote for campaigns here at home, around the state and beyond.
Our Meetings
We have regular meetings on the first Tuesday of every month. All Rye City Democrats are welcome to attend.
